The defendant will have the initial $500 paid by the victim, and our $2,500.00 or 10% of the debt owed fee, added to the amount of the restitution owed by the defendant as a necessary cost of collection of a criminal restitution order.

Initial fee payments are usually made online by the victim through PayPal. This way the victim is assured that all of their personal financial information is only seen by PayPal and nobody else. Billing for your service will appear on your receipt as being made to Electronic Media Communication Group. Payment for the initial $500 fee, can be made safely and securely, through PayPal. You will receive an email invoice from us requesting the fee after we have received all necessary signed documentation from the victim.
