CrimeDebt.com
Restitution Unlimited can be hired to provide Restitution
Recovery Management Services by a victim of a crime for the
low price of only $500.00. This is the only money a victim
will ever pay us., out of pocket. The full fee for Restitution Unlimited's
services is this $500 initial retainer fee, plus $2,500.00 or 10% of
the debt owed, whichever is higher.
The victim is only responsible for payment of the initial $500 retainer fee.
The very first service that CrimeDebt.com Restitution
Unlimited will perform for that victim is to petition the
court so that the full amount of the $500.00 retainer is added to the
balance of the restitution owed the victim by the criminal
debtor. We will then notify whatever government agency was assigned the task of collecting your money that you have retained Restitution Unlimited to provide Restitution Recovery Management Services on your behalf.
The defendant will have both the initial retainer $500 paid by the
victim, and the balance of our $2,500.00 or 10% of the debt owed fee, added
to the amount of the restitution owed by the defendant as a
necessary cost of collection of a criminal restitution order.
The Defendant pays - not the Victim!
You see, most jurisdictions allow the victim to add the
necessary costs of collection to the amount of the debt owed
them by the criminal debtor.
If the legal justice system and the law enforcement
agencies aren't getting you paid back - hire a professional
who will work the system for you!
CrimeDebt.com Restitution Unlimited will also petition for
the addition of any interest owed you on this debt at the time
that you become our client.
When the collection of restitution is accomplished the
victim will receive the full amount of their original court ordered restitution,
including the $500 initial retainer fee, plus any interest that may be
due as accrued during the recovery period. Restitution Unlimited will
receive the balance of our fee of of either $2,500 or 10% of the total amount of
restitution from money collected from the defendant/debtor.
The victim is never responsible for paying anything else, out of pocket,
except for the initial $500 retainer fee and CrimeDebt.com Restitution
Unlimited will maintain our efforts until the full amount of
the restitution is paid to the victim no matter how long it
takes!
Clients of CrimeDebt.com Restitution Unlimited will be
required to submit signed and notarized documents officially
authorizing Restitution Unlimited to act on their behalf.
These documents will be prepared and mailed to the new
